Remember that one episode with that boomerang that changed character's personality? Well that boomerang basically turned Ed into an intelligent theoretical physics author who writes about the paranormal, which reveals that unlike Eddy and Double D being both Edwards, Ed is actually named Edwin. Look up Hand Me Down Ed on a wiki or something
